After two 7 year periods of my business Better Bods, firstly my Band Fit and personal training stint, when I exited from nursing, then my physical and online true health message store, I am now at my next chapter……and I say hold onto your hat, as it will be a WHOOHOO ride. I will be standing in the gap for truth and righteousness, showing the solutions to the DHB (Do Health Better). It’s time to BOLDLY stand up for what we believe in. This is a LOVE message. Born not to follow this current worlds ways.

Coming up to 47 years young, single mum for the past 7 years to 3 wonderful children, Renee almost 15, Jenna 12 and Rhys almost 9, they have been the catalyst for this very exciting and life transforming journey of digging for truth.
I love being a mum, and whilst it can be challenging they have taught me so much. They have pushed me out of my comfort zone. Due to serious allergies and eczema with Jenna and me being a qualified nurse and personal trainer I thought I was doing everything right with the “health” message, as I believed what I was taught was true…..but when we were sick, I knew something didn’t add up. So I started questioning the very system I once trusted, and wow did that open up a whole can of worms! So I wanted to find out the truth, this also led me to my amazing FAITH with our Heavenly Father via Yeshua/Jesus. In a nutshell by doing the opposite to this worldly system you are pretty spot on…..lol.
Once we did this our health was restored, as we started following the ❤️message from our God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Most of our system is following the $$, which is not from ❤️. The message I will be sharing is simple, and whilst it will cost you little $$ it will cost you in many other ways……but you will receive true freedom…..WHOOHOO 🤗

Our Rhys was born with Down Syndrome, but believe me there are far more ups than downs. Because of the new testing prenatal, the termination rate is increasing big time round the world. I want to share with you that if you follow the ❤️message these children are not a burden on society, but rather an asset. Perfect love casts out all fear. Rhys is a very happy and healthy boy, who has the same rights as the rest of us…..he shines the light.
Being a mum to a teenage daughter with her dad not at home and with her trying to fit into this broken world has been a very good test for me. Obviously as a family we do things differently to the world including Christianity with how we eat which can be a huge issue for teenagers socially. True freedom and love has to come from within, it can not be forced or controlled. It should be something we want and choose to do rather than out of guilt or set of “religious” rules. This just puts us into bondage. Because my food message is also about love and protection and fully knowing the consequences of choosing life over death, it was hard for me to trust and let go. Renee has to come to this in her own time as now she is old enough to make the right choices and if she wants to do her very best in life then she has to learn young to stand up and not conform to others ways for the sake of fitting in. She has to learn the right people will encourage, love and accept her unconditionally for who and what she believes in.

After all sharing is caring and I am not here to ear tickle, but rather present the facts out of love and shed some light on the darkness. 480g organic creamed coconut or coconut butter
1/2 Cup WHOOHOO unfermented organic cacao (do not use raw cacao or cocoa)
3/4 Cup Organic Raw honey
4 T Ethiopian Harrar (WHOOHOO) espresso organic unfermented coffee
Blend creamed coconut. Add remaining ingredients and mix on low heat until well blended. Adults and children alike can use this daily or as required. Store in pantry.
250g virgin organic coconut oil
3 Cup raw organic honey
1/2 Cup WHOOHOO unfermented organic cacao
2 T Ethiopian Harrar Coffee (unfermented)
2 t organic cayenne pepper
Heat all ingredients except honey on low heat until melted. Remove from heat then beat in honey. Pour into jars. Use 1 tsp daily or as required. Can store in pantry or fridge. I like it more toffee like so then keep in fridge.
450g virgin organic coconut oil
2 Cup raw organic honey
1 Cup heritage/heirloom organic peeled and crushed garlic
Blend all ingredients together without heating. Place in jars. Use as required like you would regular antibiotics and or can use daily as a preventive. Can be used topically too.
For blocked sinus and ear infections, omit honey and heat oil gently until warm, drop into ear with dropper, then plug with cotton wool. Repeat twice.
