Well it’s that time of the year and there is soooo much advertising and reminders about getting your p-HARM-aceutical flu jab. However if your not sure whether this is the best prevention, then there is another way….
We always make sure we stick to a magnesium rich diet, which is a whole list freely available in my PDF FAITH book you can download.
Really important to avoid goo as much as possible, again list in my book. Reduce foods such as all dairy, eggs, red meat, mushrooms, onions, rice, tomatoes, rhubarb, dark berries, shellfish, fermented foods/drinks in particular because they take a lot of magnesium away. Most of these foods would not be available if we were living in a perfect world because would not be in season, due to lack of sunshine hours.
By increasing magnesium foods this is like your daily increase of the sun, which will raise your serotonin to keep you happy and healthy. This will give you a natural boost….to keep you WHOOHOO’n all winter and beyond.
Natural antibiotic recipe in the recipe area, is also very valuable that keeps all those nasty pests away, and can be taken preventatively…..just make sure you copy it right.
