WhooHoo roasted kumera and coconut avocado cream salad

To avoid pharmaceuticals this is what we do.....the natural immune boost from love ❤️

What can I say…..I love ❤️ Bliss Balls, so easy to make, great for school lunches and so nutritious. These Jaffa Balls taste even better than any counterfeit. Again we only use organic ingredients, for taste and nutrition. Makes 25 approx.
4 Cups dates
1 Cup LSA (linseed, sunflower, almonds all ground)
1 T raw honey
2 T raw virgin coconut oil
2 drops pure orange essential oil.
Raw carob powder to roll balls in.
Blend all ingredients other than carob powder until well mixed. Once done then roll into balls and finish by rolling in carob powder. Then refrigerate. Super yum….Jen’s favourite.

We prefer to use organic ingredients. This way you also avoid sulphur dioxide in dried fruits, like apricots and desiccated coconut.
600g oats
1 Cup LSA (linseed, sunflower, almonds, grounded)
1/4 Cup coconut sugar
Raw honey to desired sweetness
1/2 Cup dessicated coconut
1/4 Cup apple sweetened cranberries
1/2 Cup melted virgin coconut oil
Mix all ingredients together except the cranberries. Place on oven tray in hot oven and bake till golden. Mixing occasionally. Once done remove and mix in cranberries, then let cool and place in air tight container. Serve with fresh fruit and milk of your choice that is real 🤗. Top with a dollop of coconut cream or yoghurt. Enjoy.

If you like mint, you will love these…..yum.
I only use organic ingredients, as the taste and nutritional value is far better. You eat less then because they are so filling…..
