She is a wife and mother with the overwhelming conviction that health and fitness is not all about luck, genes, gender, age, etc. Its up to us to take CONTROL, no one else can do it for us. There are no excuses; we are just looking for the passive approach, rather than the active approach! After all we are living in a society that operates by the “quick” fix options with these so-called miracle pills, potions and fitness gimmicks.
Sadly we are then teaching our next generation to follow in these footsteps, that it is ok to “suck” our fat away, or do a nip and tuck here and there, whilst we sit and watch “tele” or play on our computer games.
If we as adults take an active approach, this will then guide our future generations to do the same, after all you reap what you sow! The difference between try and triumph is a little “UMPH”!
