Starting classes


Hi Rachel I have been in touch with you before -and this time I am wondering which class/es should I come to to start with? I would like to come to something about a couple of times a week -which is general fitness to help with weight loss and but also be enjoyable -and frankly I don't like repetitve exercise a whole lot -so hope you have good music! Daytime is slightly preferable.


Hi Felicity, Thank you for your question. Getting started is always the hardest step, this is where our classes are unique as they cater to all fitness levels. I think to start with 2 times per week is good. Since daytime is your preference our full timetable starts from the 28th Jan, and there is a BUTT class Tues ams at 9.15am, or the Wed 30 min BAND FIT plus the BLAST which is on Sat at 9.15am. The Sat class is already going, so you could come and try this first. Our classes are for toning, fat burning and fitness. All classes are completely different, and programmes and music change every month, so boredom is not an issue. All our instructors also have their unique styles. Some of our clients have been doing this for 4 years now, and continue to love our programmes, that are affordable, fun, effective, safe and non-intimidating. Looking forward to seeing you in class.
