How does your high sat-fat diet affect arthritis?
Hi Tony, it seems to be more of the non-type foods like processed vegetable oils, processed dairy, sugars, msg`s, that affect arthritis more so than saturated fats. Our modern foods are a big blame to our modern diseases and of course saturated fats have been "taboo" for many decades now, so quite simple how can these be causing the problem in the first place?
