Hi. On pg 46 of your book you recommend soaking raw nuts, raisins and seeds. Why? Especially as I buy organic, and if so, then how long? I assume you mean in water, but do I add anything else? Many thanks. BTW, LOVE your book!
Hi Stephanie, Soaking the night before with water just helps more with digestion. Nuts and oats (porridge) more so. I don`t always do this, it just depends if you want to go that extra distance. Saturated fats in particular of course really aid the digestion process, hence why we love cream with our porridge. Pleased you like my book, keep up the good work. Cheers Rachel
