Hi Nic, The sausages I get (from Export Meat, Church St, Timaru) are 100% pork ones or the cumberland, both of these have no "nasties" in them, they taste great, but just take longer to cook (because they are REAL). I use a recipe with bacon or sausages (both taste good) and is on my web recipe page called Tomato and Bacon Pasta (but sausages can be used too). Good to hear you are making some changes, well done.
