Best Allergy Testing?
What do you think is the best way of testing for food intolerances/allergies for a 3 1/2 year old? there are so many different tests online in NZ (i.e. send in a lock of hair) I am not sure who to trust. Ta Fiona
Hi Fiona, If you follow the principles (detox page) from Jenna`s Journey, bullet point 3, then often this does not have to be done. I always say try this first, basically ridding all GOO and then introducing good fats. We are only reacting to real food because the goo is interfering with the proteins within the food, hence why high protein foods are becoming such a problem, such as dairy, wheat, nuts, fish and eggs. If the GOO triggers remain, then we can have serious reactions to these proteins and often the list of allergies can grow. The sad thing is this makes us rely more and more on synthetic foods and treatments, etc. Please feel free to call me if you need further information. Cheers Rachel
