I have just read your book - very interesting!! The Soy Milk for my 4 year old daughter got tipped straight down the drain! Anyway, I've just purchased some coconut oil (Punjas brand - the only one I could find) and I'm not sure if I can tolerate the smell! Does it taint your food much when cooking? When do you use butter and when do you use coconut oil? Are some brands "stinkier" than others? Thank you

Hi Kate, Pleased you did that with the soy milk!! You can get coconut oil that is deodorised (Kiora, so without the coconut smell) which is still fine as this brand is not hydrogenated. However I know there is a shortage in our area at the moment, so could be else where too. Butter I use for baking and sandwiches with our home made bread, etc. What I use mainly for cooking is dripping, is very affordable, is a stable fat and the food tastes great without tainting it. The hardest part is getting it in your head, but the benefits are too good to ignore. Hope this helps. Cheers Rachel
