Vitamin C is crucial for those whose healing is taking longer to come right.

I honestly believe because of our synthetic foods, medications, antibiotics, etc, etc, we are losing and not absorbing key nutrients. Sometimes this can be related to a "staph" infection. To help this it is crucial to stick to FAITH detox menus, but also to include more vitamin c rich foods. Rose hip herbal tea (Planet Organic is a good one), is loaded with vit c, d, e and many flavanoids. Below is a list of vitamin c rich foods to increase +++.

Also for those who have ongoing rashes, including eczema, there have been great reports to use the juice from the leaves from the COMFREY herb. Soon I will have this as a topical skin balm for my new e-shop. Comfrey helps fight any staph infections, so makes sense to use this for an ongoing rash, that just isn`t going away.

The solution is a simple one, if you just believe.

Blessings to you all, Shalom. Love Rach........WHOO HOO x
