There is so much mixed information out there, about what to do and what not to do.
It's simple really, it has to be something you can commit to long term. When you start a 'diet' or fitness regime, it's important to ask yourself 'can I do this for the rest of my life? If the answer is NO, don't start it. 90% of people who do this will gain the weight (plus) more, back within two years.
