Will your classes improve my bones?

Hi Rachel, I am 55yrs and have osteoporosis. Will your classes help this?
Answer:

Hi Cherie. Yes our classes are a fantastic way to increase one`s bone density. Resistance exercise has been proven to be the best form of exercise to do this. I would recommend starting off with one class per week and building up to 2 times after a month or so. CU in class. Cheers Rachel.
