Hi Rae. Quality exercise, like our Band Fit program is one very important ingredient to help avoid or fight off those winter "lurgies". Often people get sick at this time of the year, because they are lacking in good old oxygen....especially if you work indoors, and shut yourself in from the cold! By exercising consistently and combining aerobic and resistance exercise you will help restore some of this! Cheers Rach Whoo Hoo!
