Low GI food

What info do you have about low GI foods. We have been doing low carb food but want to know more about low GI?
Hi Louise, I believe in natural, unprocessed foods. Low GI foods keep your sugar levels more balanced, example being a Kumara. A potato has a higher GI level, but when you add a dollop of butter, this will then bring the GI level back down. Once you add natural fats to higher GI foods this then will help balance those sugar levels and stop those hunger pains! If you keep a balance of natural foods including carbohydrates, proteins and fats you will achieve a Better Bod! Cheers Rach
