Healthy Chicken Nuggets


  • 450g Chicken breast fillets
  • 30g Organic Flour (white or brown)
  • 1/4 tsp favourite spices
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 T water
  • 3-4 handfuls of quality breadcrumbs (I like to use Breadman bread, or home made)
  • Dripping, coconut oil or lard.


Get chicken into bite size pieces. Get 4 bowls. The 1st for the flour with spices and salt. 2nd for the egg, beaten with a pinch of salt and water. 3rd for the breadcrumbs. The last for the finished nuggets.
Dip chicken in each bowl. Cook in choice of saturated fat just covering pan. Turn when golden on one side and repeat.
Serve hot.
