GRANOLA

ingredients

  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup chopped raw almonds
  • 1 cup chopped raw peanuts (or other variety)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup warmed raw honey

method

Mix together until all mixture dampened. Spread shallow layers on baking sheets, cook to golden right through by turning mixture once top gets toasty. Cool
Serve with fresh fruit and cream....Delicious and nutritious!
