• 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C vinegar (naturally fermented)


Beat butter and sugar to a cream add mustard and salt, beat in eggs, stir in vinegar slowly. Bring to boil, stirring all the time. When wanted, thin down with milk to the consistency of cream.
