CHICKEN THIGHS WITH POTATO AND KUMERA
chicken thighs (skin on)
Either peel or scrub potatoes and the kumera, dice and place in a roasting dish with about 3 T of butter and sprinkle with moroccan seasoning, roast for 40 mins at 180 degrees.
Boil eggs and make salad.
Either bbq chicken thighs, roast or panfry in butter and serve
