• 1 1/2 C yoghurt or home made salad dressing
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 C sweet pickle relish (homemade pref)
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • 2 celery stalks finely chopped
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped small
  • 6 (mix) kumera and potatoes, cooked, cooled, peeled and cubed
  • Paprika


In a large bowl combine yoghurt or salad dressing, mustard, salt/pepper, relish, onion, celery and eggs. Gently fold into potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
