• 3-4 Eggs
  • 1/2 C Flour (I use organic wholegrain)
  • Fresh or Frozen Veges
  • 1 C Whole Milk
  • 50g Butter
  • Cheese, grated
  • Salt and Pepper


Place selected veggies in ovenproof dish to 2/3 full. Fish or bacon is a tasty addition. Beat eggs, milk and flour all together and add melted butter. Pour over veggies, sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake 180 degrees C, 45-50 minutes until set in the middle.
