GARLIC AND ROSEMARY ROAST LAMB
Leg of lamb
- Lard or dripping
- 12 garlic cloves peeled
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- Kebab sticks
- Mini potatoes
1. Make incisions in leg of lamb with a knife then push whole garlic cloves into the holes along with sprigs of rosemary. Put onto roast.
2. Scrub potatoes and place 4 onto each skewer stick, put these onto roast when the lamb is half way through cooking.
3. Towards the end of cooking put the cleaned mushrooms onto cook.
4. Serve with greens and home madegravy if you desire.
