OMELETTE FOR TWO
- 6 eggs
- 100mls cream or milk
- 200gms diced bacon (nitrate, preservative free) lightly fried or 1 small tin tuna
- 4 diced sundried tomatoes
- Handful grated cheese
Knob of butter
1. In a bowl whisk eggs with cream or milk, add bacon or tuna, sundried tomatoes and cheese.
2. Melt butter in a pan and pour in mixture cook on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
For finishing the omelette place under the grill and cooked until nicely browned, serve with a fresh garden salad.
