• Potatoes, Kumaru, Pumpkin, Carrots, Onion, Corn, Cabbage, Silverbeet, Peas
  • 2 to 3 Eggs
  • 1 C Wholemeal Flour approx
  • 2 T Dripping
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • Sea Salt and Pepper


Cook veges in large pot with added sea salt till just tender.
Drain well and mash together.
In a larger bowl combine flour, eggs and seasonings, mix well with fork.
Add mashed veges to egg mix. Mix thoroughly with fork.
In a large frypan melt butter or dripping on a medium heat.
Place large spoonfuls and flatten. Brown well on both sides on medium to low heat till cooked well through.
