HONEY SNAPS

ingredients

  • 6 T Raw Honey
  • 100g Butter
  • 1 C WM Flour (pref organic)
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder (pref organic)
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger

method

Melt butter and honey, add other ingredients, stir till smooth.
Drop in tsp lots onto cold tray. Bake about 10 mins at 180 deg C. Leave on tray a few minutes to cool.
Once cooled I like to spread some butter on them.
