MA'S BARS (HEALTHY YUMMY TREAT)

ingredients

  • 1 C Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 C Mixed Raw Seeds (sesame/pumpkin, etc)
  • 1/2 C Rice Puffs (preferable organic)
  • 1/4 C Dried Apricots (preferable organic)
  • 1/4 C Sultanas or Raisins or Dates (or mix)
  • 1/4 C Dessicated Coconut (preferable organic)
  • 1/4 C Cocoa (optional and pref organic)
  • 50gms Butter
  • 1/4 C Raw Honey
  • 1/2 C Almond or Peanut Butter (orgnanic pref)

method

Mix all dry ingredients together in separate bowl.
Melt butter, honey and almond butter until it becomes toffee like.
Mix all together and press firmly into a greased or lined slice tray. Cool in fridge until set, then cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
