Anzac Biscuits with less sugar

ingredients

50 g (2oz) wholemeal stoneground flour (organic pref)
25 g (1 oz) sugar
2/3 C Coconut (pref organic)
2/3 C Rolled Oats
50 g (2 oz) Butter
1/2 T Golden Syrup
1/2 t Bicarb Soda
2 T Boiling water

method

Mix together flour, sugar, coconut and rolled oats. Melt butter and golden syrup. Dissolve bicarb soda in the boling water and add to butter and golden syrup. Make a well in the centre of the flour, stir in the liquid. Place in spoonfuls on cold greased trays. Bake 15 to 20 mins at 180 degrees C.
