Mountain Bread (organic) Wheat Wraps (most health food stores)
1 ripe avocado
Good quality mince (we get ours from our local butcher)
Organic refried beans (without any nasties)
Good quality tomato paste (without the nasties)
1/2 Cabbage chopped
2 to 3 Tomatoes
Seasonings that you like
You can pretty much add anything you fancy to this recipe.
Prep wraps, by buttering them with a avocado.
Fry onions and mince in a bit of butter or dripping until browned. Add seasonings.
Stir in tomato paste, refried beans, cabbage, tomatoes, etc.
Once cooked serve on wraps, sprinkle with cheese and roll up.
