Icing without the icing sugar


1 Cup Brown Sugar
25g Butter
2 T Milk (non-homogenised)


Heat all ingredients in saucepan on a gentle heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolved.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer approx 3 mins, do not stir.
Remove from heat and cool.
If mixture too thick and a little more milk.
Spread thinly on cakes or biscuits.
