Tuna or Fish Pasta Bake
1 to 2 C fresh or frozen veges
2 x Tuna/Salmon canned (in water only) or cook some fresh fish (brill or gurnard)
2 T Butter
1 C Organic Wholemeal Flour (pref)
500mls Milk (not homogenised, Farmhouse good brand)
1 C Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Cook pasta/veges in water until cooked. Once done transfer into oven proof dish and add fish.
Sauce: melt butter add flour slowly then milk and cheese, not to thicken too much.
Add sauce to pasta, veges and fish, stir in.
Top with cheese and cook in oven for 20 mins 180 degrees.
