Stuffed Spuds

ingredients

Large Spud (cooked and hollowed out)
Butter
Full fat yoghurt (Clearwater or Biofarm)
Organic Beans (without the goo)
Naturally cured bacon chopped (msg free)
Onion chopped
Cheddar cheese
Seasonings

method

Fry bacon and onion in butter, then add beans and seasonings.
Fill your spud and add yoghurt and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Easy lunch and yum!!
