Honey Glazed Bananas


    Serving for 2:
    • 2 bananas
    • 1 T Butter
    • 2 T raw honey
    • 1 fresh orange squeezed


        1. Cut bananas in half and then cut in half length ways also.
        2. In a frypan melt the honey and butter, add the orange juice followed by the bananas, saute until bananas are cooked and the sauce starts to caramelise.
        3. Serve at once with cream if desired.
