EGG AND BACON SCRAMBLE (FRIDAYS)   The Finished Product
     

Eggs
Bacon
Tomato
Vogels Bread
Avocado
Cracked pepper
Parsley or Chives

 
     
1. Place bacon and tomatoes with cracked pepper onto grill, whilst cooking scramble eggs.
2. To scramble break eggs into a bowl season in a saucepan whisk constantly over the heat until just cooked. Chopped parsley or chives    is nice added to the eggs.
3. Serve eggs on toasted vogel with sliced avocado on top, grilled bacon and tomato on the side.
