Healthy Lunch Box ideas:
Fresh fruits. Home made popcorn with butter or coconut oil and sea salt. Natural unsweetened full fat yoghurt (add fresh pineapple to sweeten naturally). Raisins/dried fruits.

BANANA MUFFINS (TREAT)   The Finished Product
     
1 1/2 Cups Baking Bran
1 1/4 Cups Milk (Full Cream)
2 T Golden Syrup
2 Mashed Bananas
1 egg
1 1/4 Cups Wholemeal Flour
2 T Sugar
1 1/4 t Baking Soda
Pecan Nuts
 
     
Place bran, milk and golden syrup into a bowl and soak for 5 mins.
Then add  bananas, egg, wholemeal  flour, sugar and baking soda, mix altogether and place into a greased muffin tray.
Place a pecan nut on top of each muffin and bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees celcius.
