Healthy Lunch Box ideas:
Fresh fruits. Home made popcorn with butter or coconut oil and sea salt. Natural unsweetened full fat yoghurt (add fresh pineapple to sweeten naturally). Raisins/dried fruits.

FISH WITH BAKED POTATOES, CORN AND BEANS   The Finished Product
     
Fish X 2 fillets
Flour X 1/2 cup
Butter
Lemon X 1
Potatoes X 2 large
Sweetcorn kernals X 2-4
Beans X lots
 
     
1. Place potatoes in the oven to bake with butter.
2. Boil corn cobs and steam fresh green beans on top.
3. Whilst the above is cooking coat fish in flour and Pan fry.
4. Serve fish with fresh lemon, baked potatoes, beans and corn.
