Fresh fruits. Home made popcorn with butter or coconut oil and sea salt. Natural unsweetened full fat yoghurt (add fresh pineapple to sweeten naturally). Raisins/dried fruits.

1 punnet of strawberries
3 oranges
Bush honey natural yoghurt or fresh cream

Place in a bowl chopped strawberries, squeeze over juice from 1 orange, then place orange segments around the bowl. place a spoonful of yoghurt or cream on top and dust with icing sugar.
