Healthy Lunch Box ideas:
Fresh fruits. Home made popcorn with butter or coconut oil and sea salt. Natural unsweetened full fat yoghurt (add fresh pineapple to sweeten naturally). Raisins/dried fruits.

3/4 Cup each of currants, sultanas, raisins, chopped dates, chopped almonds and mixed peel.
1/2 Cup chopped glace cherries, pineapple and dark chocolate.
1 tsp mixed spice
1 1/4 Cup Flour
3 eggs
1/4 Cup liquid honey.


Stir flour and spice into dried fruits. Beat eggs and add to dry ingredients with honey. Mix until well combined. Press into sponge roll tin and bake 140 dergrees for 45 mins or until firm. Cut into fingers when cold and store in airtight container.
