FISH BURGERS (FRIDAYS)   The Finished Product
     
whole grain burger buns
fresh snapper or fish of your choice
flour
butter
lettuce
sliced tomato
beetroot
lemon
 
     
Coat fish in flour and panfry in butter, toast burger buns while fish is cooking.
Add lettuce, tomato and beetroot onto bun, top with fish and a squeeze of fresh lemon then place remaining bun on top.
