CHICKEN THIGHS WITH POTATO AND KUMERA   The Finished Product
     
chicken thighs
potato
kumera
moroccan seasoning
butter
SALAD
lettuce
tomato
cucumber
capsicum
boiled eggs

 
     
Either peel or scrub potatoes and the kumera, dice and place in a roasting dish with about 3 T of butter and sprinkle with moroccan seasoning, roast for 40 mins at 180 degrees.
Boil eggs and make salad.
Either bbq chicken thighs, roast or panfry in butter and serve.
