BEEF KEBABS   The Finished Product
good quality steak diced
1 lemon
2 t tomato sc
1 t crushed garlic
1/2 cup plum sc
brown rice x 1 and a half cups
Place diced meat onto previously soaked kebab sticks and leave to marinate for a few hours or overnight. Put rice onto cook and make lettuce salad.
Either grill or panfry kebabs in lard or butter and cook beans, serve.
