SAVOURY LAMB MINCE   The Finished Product
     
around 700gms lean lamb mince
1 small onion diced
2-3 cloves diced garlic
2 carrots grated
2 courgettes grated
1 t cumin
1 t corriander
4 T low salt/ low sugar tomato sc
4-5 tomatoes diced
1 cup brown rice
 
     
In a pan place mince and start cooking through, next add onion and garlic and cook until onion is clear. Place rice onto cook.
Add to mince the remaining ingredients and simmer until everything is cooked through.
