MORROCAN CHICKEN: SERVES 2   The Finished Product
     

1 T Butter
1 Onion Diced
2-3 Chicken Breasts cut into large pieces (skin on)
1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
(Or use fresh tomatoes by removing the core putting a cross in the bottom of the tomato, blanching in boiling water for 10 seconds then peeling off the skin and dicing)
¼ t Ground Ginger
1 t Ground Cinnamon
2 T Natural Raw Honey
2 T Sesame Seeds

 
     

Melt Butter in Pan, add onions and chicken and fry until lightly browned. Add tomatoes and spices ,cover and cook on a gentle heat turning the chicken occasionally until cooked about 20 mins. Add honey and cook for a further few minutes serve and sprinkle with sesame seeds and wholemeal rice and vegetables.
