Have found the course fascinating and hugely informative. It also makes a lot of sense! I was amazed to find that immediately I made the changes to my diet all my food cravings, sweet tooth, comfort eating, etc, was completely gone. Food is no longer an issue with me. I can eat to live rather than living to eat. My waistband is also looser.
